Order Processing
Standard Processing: In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4-6 business days.
Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, please expect a processing delay of approximately 8 weeks.
Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as new releases or holidays), please allow for an additional 2 business days for processing.
Business Days & Cut-off Times:
DHL: Orders are processed the same day if placed by 10:00.
DPD & UPS: Orders are processed the same day if placed by 12:00.
Our warehouse operates based on German business days.
Order cut-off times are based on German Time (CET/CEST):
Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Warehouse & Carriers: Our orders ship from our warehouse in Germany. We primarily partner with DHL, DPD, and UPS for deliveries.
Shipping Area: We ship to all mainland and metropolitan areas within the European Union (EU).
Shipping Restrictions: We DO NOT ship to the following:
Remote EU areas or islands.
Non-EU countries.
P.O. Boxes.
APO/FPO military addresses.
Orders to restricted addresses will be canceled.
Delivery Times & Tracking
Estimated Delivery Times: Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
Within Germany: 1-3 business days.
Pan-European (Other EU Countries): 2-4 business days.

All orders are fully trackable.

Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is handed over to the carrier (DHL, DPD, or UPS), its delivery is beyond our control. If you experience a delay or issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service for assistance.
