1-Day Return Policy
Our policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day has passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at wj@hancai-factory.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and the correct return address.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
It must be unused.
It must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
1. Returns for Personal Reasons (Change of Mind) If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the item must be unopened and in its original, sealed condition.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened if there are no quality issues.
The item must be free of any man-made damage.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If you received an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at wj@hancai-factory.com.
You will be required to provide photo or video proof of the issue for our team to review.
If confirmed, we will provide instructions for a return, replacement, or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items sold as "Sample Clearance" (Sale items) cannot be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us at wj@hancai-factory.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) and the correct return address. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Securely package the item and ship it to the address we provide.
Important: We cannot issue a refund if:
The item is sent to the wrong address (e.g., returned to the original shipper) without our authorization.
The return is sent using "Cash on Delivery" (COD). Such shipments will be rejected.
Shipping Cost Policy
1. For Personal Returns (Change of Mind): You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Shipping Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will notify you of the refund method and expected processing time in your approval email. For any questions, please contact us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
